Croatia Testing Brexit Waters

Croatia, the War, and the Future

From Politico – David M. Herszenhorn

Senior Croatian officials, including Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, have asked the EU’s top Brexit negotiator to ensure that Croats can live and work in Britain starting next July and thereby benefit from any deal on the rights of EU citizens in the U.K. once it leaves the bloc in 2019.

Unlike citizens from the other 26 remaining EU states, Croats do not have an automatic right to live and work in the U.K. because of temporary restrictions imposed after the Central European state joined the EU in 2013. The restrictions, which currently run until June 30, 2018, can be extended by London for another two years. If that happens, as expected, then Croats would not be able to benefit potentially from Prime Minister Theresa May’s offer of “settled status” in the U.K. after Brexit.

“Rights of citizens is an especially important area for Croatia…

1. From Israeli science park in Rehovot all the way to Japan stock exchange. All of it for just $1.1 billion. This is the price that Mitsubishi Pharma paid to the Israeli start up “Neuroderm” the Israeli developer of biomed to fight Parkinson. This medicine is in the 3rd phase of tests by the FDA. The so far results are 100% satisfying. If it would not be like that Mitsubishi would have never pay this money. There were another 3 companies that were looking at “Neuroderm”, Pfizer, Glexo, and Novartis. Congratulation to you Israel that instead of killing, like its enemies do, we look to save and make people enjoy lives.
2. More from Israel: who is the designer of the dresses of Byonsse, Kim Kardishian, Lady Gaga, Christi Tigen, Paris Hilton, Naomi Campbell, Kendal Jenner and more that I don’t know? Yes, you are right…

Libbie Anti-fa “Teacher” Arrested for Inciting Violence…

Trigger Reset

The prominent leader of a militant left-wing group was arrested earlier this week on charges stemming from a violent brawl last year between white nationalist groups and counter-protesters.

Yvette Felarca, 47, was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Tuesday on charges of inciting and participating in a riot, and assault likely to cause great bodily injury, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday. The charges come after an eight-month investigation.

Felarca, whose name in public records appears as Yvonne Capistrano Felarca, has been identified as the leader and spokesperson for the anti-fascist group By Any Means Necessary.

She is among several people arrested this week in connection to the wild skirmish that broke out at the state Capitol in June 2016 when more than 300 counter-protesters confronted about 30 members of the Traditionalist Worker Party, which has been called a white nationalist group.

Felarca, who is a middle…

1. The relations between Israel and Jordan are deteriorating due to yesterday’s event. According to the Jordanian official news agency the story is as following: The Israeli embassy in Jordan ordered some furniture. The Jordanian supplier brought it. It should be explained that nobody can enter the embassy without a prior confirmation. One of the porters took out a screwdriver, which is his tool to assemble the new bought furniture, and hit one of the Israeli security guards. This man was slightly injured, but, in order to eliminate more stabbings by the porter, he took out his gun and shot the porter to death. A 2nd man that came to stab the guard was injured and died later on in hospital. According to all international laws/regulations and agreements the Israeli guard is in diplomatic status so the Jordanian can’t investigate him without the permission of the…

Rohingya Muslims Facing Genocide Amidst World Silence

The Human Lens

Earlier in January, a United Nations report cited damning evidence on the Burmese Army’s ethnic cleansing campaign against the country’s Rohingya Muslim minority. This is not the first time that such news have emerged out of Burma whose powerful military has been successful in hiding  its decades old gross human rights abuses in Muslim populated regions including the Rakhine.

UNHCR’s representative Mr John McKissick said, “Burmese troops have been killing men, shooting them, slaughtering children, raping women, burning and looting houses, forcing these people to cross the river” into neighboring Bangladesh.  On the other hand, Bangladeshi government is actively discouraging Rohingya Muslims from entering the country since if they all leave this would imply that Burma would become successful in achieving its ultimate goal of the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims. Those who are stuck behind and still remain behind are suffering the inhumane atrocities done by Burmese military and…

CO2 Benefits the “Rats and Cockroaches” of Marine World – Scientific American

CO2 Benefits the “Rats and Cockroaches” of Marine World

Ocean acidification may be driving a cascade of changes that drains marine biodiversity

By Adam Aton, ClimateWire on July 7, 2017

Beneath the waves, swelling levels of carbon dioxide could be boosting some species to ecological dominance while dooming others.
A study published yesterday in Current Biology suggests ocean acidification is driving a cascading set of behavioral and environmental changes that drains oceans’ biodiversity. Niche species and intermediate predators suffer at the expense of a handful of aggressive species.

Sea-level rise and coral bleaching often dominate discussions about how climate change affects the ocean, but a host of more subtle—and harder to research—trends also play a role in reshaping the world’s marine ecosystems. Among the most pressing questions is how fish react to rising levels of CO2, said Tom Bigford, policy director at the American Fisheries Society.

“The hurdles for behavioral…

The Case Against Criminal Charges For Hillary Clinton

PUMABydesign001's Blog

Unified Patriots by Vassar Bushmills

I want to renew a call I made in the days just after the election, that trying and convicting Hillary Clinton for the long list of crimes she stands accused of doing may not be the best way to deal with her. Especially her legacy.

I mean this in the purest sense of wanting to punish her. Deterrence is not part of a my thinking here.

Parts of the conservative pundit class, Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity high among them, have been beside themselves that the FBI, still without a director and a new direction, and even Jeff Sessions himself, have not moved on Mrs Clinton for what are clearly crimes with an abundance of evidence.

But to what end?

Let Hillary be indicted and there will ten times the crowds at the courthouse to cheer her on than ever bothered to listen to one…

Update ; Father Albert Gondek- Sexual Predator.Hope You Haven’t Eaten Yet..

Don't Label My Kid! (Or Me!) Coaching-Counseling- Consulting

I recently found this article posted by a close friend of Father Albert Gondek on his 2007 accusation of sexual misconduct in the same church in the same state of Lexington North Carolina. As you can see the author has nothing but positive words to say. He is a great man and would do nothing to harm anybody. If that poor man knew what he was really doing.

And that was his last accusation. You can see how people would think that there’s nothing wrong with him when somebody would write an article especially another Pastor clearing him of any wrong doing when he didn’t even know the outcome of the investigation back then. I wanted you all to see how the system works. He actually was getting prayers for him during this time instead of being investigated. Then the big party to welcome in back to his playground to…

This should help to clarify the left’s opposition to:

  1. Gun Rights

  2. Ending Voter Fraud

  3. The Police

  4. GOD

  5. The U.S. Constitution

  6. Border Security

A state grand jury has indicted Arizona Democratic lawmaker Cecilia “Ceci” Velasquez for allegedly ripping off the federal food-stamp program.

Unsealed on Wednesday but signed on May 23, the indictment charges Velasquez, 42, with one felony count each of fraudulent schemes and practices, unlawful use of food stamps, and theft. The total loss to the state, which distributes federal funds it receives for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), was $1,726.

Velasquez was elected in 2014 to represent Legislative District 29, which includes parts of Glendale and Velasquez’s reported hometown of Litchfield Park. She’d be forced out of office if convicted of a felony.

This is the second time the former paralegal and mother of five children has been in legal trouble in her short political career. As Channel 12…

Power Plant Millennium Experience

Power Plant Men

I suppose most people remember where they were New Year’s Eve at midnight on Saturday, January 1, 2000.  That is a night I will never forget.  Some people were hiding in self-made bunkers waiting for the end of the world which never came, others were celebrating at home with their families and friends.  I suppose some people went on with their lives as if nothing was different that night.  Not my family.  My wife and two children spent the night at the Power Plant waiting to see if all of the testing we had performed the last two years had covered all possible failures of the Y2K scare.

A small group of Power Plant Men had been chosen to attend a party with our families in the main conference room at the Power Plant.  All the food and drinks were supplied by the company.  Our Plant Manager, Bill Green was…
